We had an absolutely awesome hot air balloon experience. We couldn’t have been happier with our pilot, Neil. We never felt unsafe at any point—he was extremely competent and professional, and his experience really showed, especially when navigating tricky conditions. His calm and confident approach gave us complete confidence and allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the experience.
The bus driver and ground crew, “Magic” Mike and Brian, were equally impressive. They were well organized and maintained excellent safety and appropriate control throughout the entire experience. The communication with Neil and the ground crew was precise, clear and professional which made the landing perfect.
The entertainment and funny one-liners before and after the flight was also fantastic and added a great atmosphere to the day. Once the balloon was packed up and secured, we were treated to a lovely light breakfast of fresh fruit, juice and champagne—a perfect way to finish the experience.
From start to finish, the whole experience was professional, well organized and incredibly enjoyable. A huge thank you to Neil, "Magic" Mike and Brian for making our hot air balloon adventure (which was to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary) such a memorable one. We highly recommend them!
