Kundenservice unterirdisch!
Ich habe eine Tour zu den Blue Mountais gebucht. Am Tag der Tour, ging es mit gesundheitlich derart schlecht, dass ich dass Bett nicht verlassen konnte. Ich rief morgens vor Tourbeginn in der Agentur an um meine Umstände zu erklären und um zu erfragen, ob ich nicht eventuell an einem beliebigen anderen Tag, an dem es noch ausreichend viele Restplätze gibt, an der Tour teilnehmen könnte. Am Telefon sagte die Dame, dass sie deutlich höre wie krank ich sei und ein Tausch des Termins in einem derartigen Fall kein Problem sei. Ich solle mich melden, wenn es mir besser geht. 3 Tage später tat ich dies. Von der Freundlichkeit keine Spur mehr. Im Gegenteil. Eine Änderung des Termins sei ausgeschlossen. Zudem sei ein Vermerk in meiner Buchung, dass der Tourmanager eine Tour mit mir ausschließt, es sei denn, ich würde noch einmal 135 Dollar bezahlen. Die Art und Weise fand ich unverschämt. Erst die eine Aussage, dann komplett das Gegenteil. Klar, war es meine Schuld, dass ich krank wurde, und es ist auch akzeptabel dass man einen Tourtermin möglicherweise so kurzfristig nicht mehr verschieben kann. Aber die konträre und unverschämte Art mir dies mitzuteilen, fand ich total daneben. Im Servicebereich hat die Agentur sicher keinen Award erhalten. Ich habe die Tour sodann mit einem anderen Anbieter gebucht und war restlos begeistert.

There was a miscommunication within our team which was not handled as well as we should have. Our apologies for this situation, and we are pleased that you still got to enjoy the beautiful Blue Mountains.

Amazing!
This tour was so worth it! You spend a good amount of time in each place. The tour guide, Nigel, was so informative and funny! He took us on a hike and to locations where no other tourists were. I highly recommend this tour!

Great Tour
Sydney Blue Mountains Tour was a wonderful time. Weather was beautiful and the critters, peaks and waterfalls were a joy to visit. Steve was an exceptional tour guide ... fun and very knowledgeable.

Good tour
Steve was our tour guide; he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a small group which made the whole adventure great. Good decision to take the blue mountain tour and got lucky with our tour guide.
