Unfortunately for us our tour guide, who happened to be the original owner of the tour company appeared to be very bored with taking the tour and far more interested in social chatting with the deck hand. He failed to explain what the Everglades were and how rare they were, if it wasn’t for quests asking questions ,we would hardly have learnt anything. His demeanour, attitude and indifference absolutely spoilt our cruise. I felt embarrassed for overseas travellers on the cruise , hoping that they didn’t think this was a good representation of what Australia and our tour operators can offer.
